SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Currently we only accept orders that ship to the UNITED STATES (domestic) and CANADA.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges non-refundable. Carefully repack the item using the original presentation box or container. Please remove any Priority Mail logos, stickers, or identifiers, as this may negatively impact the return transit time for your package.
Please allow 15 business days from the date you send the package back to JAINESSE for your return to process and refund to be issued to your original method of payment.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
Please follow the directions on your invoice for the return address applicable to your order. Please be aware that returns sent to incorrect addresses may delay or otherwise affect the return process. If you do not have the return address available, please be sure to contact Customer Service at 1-866-252-4571.
